Ruby was born and raised in Ojai, and attended George Washington University. One of Ruby’s favorite quotes from Maria Montessori is, “The wood reveals that it is not only the trees that exist, but a whole, inter-related collection of lives. And this earth, this climate, this cosmic power are necessary for the development of all these lives. The myriads of lives around the trees, the majesty, the variety are things one must hunt for, and which no one can bring into the school.” (From Childhood to Adolescence)

Micaela was born and raised in Ojai and attended the University of California Santa Barbara. She loves working in the Infant program because the infants’ world views are charming and they constantly remind her of what unconditional love truly looks like.

When not at MSO, Micaela loves to craft, relax at the beach, and to stay active outdoors.
